In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the
Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and Customs
hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the
Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No.
24/2005-Central Excise (N.T.), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Subsection (i)
vide number G.S.R. 304(E), dated the 13th May, 2005, namely:-
In the said
notification, in the Table, against Sl. No. 19 in column (3), for the words
and figures “Pune II” wherever they occur, the words
“Kolhapur” shall respectively
be substituted.
