G.S.R.      (E). – In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 33/2008-Central Excise, dated the 10^th June, 2008, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 441(E), dated the 10^th June, 2008, at:

(i)                 page 19,  lines 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 shall be omitted ;

(ii)                 page 19,  lines 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33 shall be omitted ;

(iii)               page 20,  lines 1, 2, 3 and 4 shall be omitted.
