G.S.R. (E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 8/2007-Central Excise ( N.T.), dated the 1st March 2007, vide G.S.R.148(E), dated the 1st March 2007 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) at page 117

(i) in line 21 for "first proviso" read "first and second proviso";

(ii) in line 23 for "second proviso" read "second and third proviso".
