(E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 18/2010-Central Excise (N.T), dated the 13th April, 2010, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 320 (E), dated the 13th April, 2010,-

“in the Table against Sl.No. 2. in column (2), for ‘From Re.1’ read ‘From Rs 1.01’.”
