Sub:  Revision of  All Industry Rates of Drawback in respect of a few entries of the Drawback Table 2002-2003 - reg.

            The revised All Industry Rates of Duty Drawback, 2002-2003 were notified on 29.5.2002 (with effect from 1.6.2002) vide notification No.33/2002-Cus(N.T.).  

2.           However in the wake of representations from some  Export  Promotion Councils and the request of the Ministry of Textiles, Central Government have decided to amend and  incorporate  a few entries of the Duty Drawback Table 2002-2003 as regards their description, rates, caps and conditions.  

3.           Accordingly,  a  notification bearing No.80/2002-Cus, dated 10^th December,2002 has  been  issued  in this  regard.  A  copy of  the  same  is  enclosed  for  ready  reference.  The  said  Notification  will be  effective from 10^th December, 2002.  

4.        It is requested  that  the  printed Drawback Table as well as DAT drive may kindly be got  updated accordingly.
