ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 37/2003-Customs (N.T.) dated 3^rd June, 2003 issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/D/INV-03 (05)/08-09 (Fasttrac) dated 30.01.2009 and Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/D/INV-03 (05) (1)/08-09 (Tyres) dated 29.04.2009 issued in case of M/s. Fasttrac Impext Pvt. Ltd. and others by the Additional Director General DRI, Mumbai, to the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai for adjudication.
