S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-

(i)       the Commissioner of Custom (Export Promotion), New Custom House, Mumbai;

(ii)     the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Export, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Custom House, New Delhi;

(iii)    the Commissioner of Customs, Customs House, Chennai;

(iv)    the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House,Nhava Sheva;

(v)      the Commissioner of Customs (Import & General), New Custom House, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi;

(vi)    the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla; and

(vii)   the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Mumbai,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice  pertaining to M/s Duggal Exports, 38-G, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana and others  issued vide, DRI F.No. /856(32)LDH/2004/Pt.IV, dated the 19^th May, 2007, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, M-I/C, Green Avenue, Amritsar.
