S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-

(i)                the Commissioner  of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi; and 

(ii)               the Commissioner of Customs (Import), CFS, Mulund, Mumbai,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice  pertaining to M/s Acry Monomers (India) Private Limited,2/34, Roop Nagar, Delhi, M/s Delhi Acrylic Manufacturing Company Private Limited,28, Rajasthan Udyog Nagar, G.T.Karnal, Delhi – 33, M/s Haryana Acrylic Manufacturing Company Limited, 2/34, Roop Nagar, Delhi - 7 and M/s Mono acrylic Manufacturing Company Private Limited,Dhasra No. 53, Gurudwara Road, Village Siraspur, Delhi - 42 and others  issued vide, DRI F.No. 23/77/2007-DZU, dated the 30^th September, 2008, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
