              In the notification of the Government of  India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of  Revenue), No.5/2009-Customs (N.T), dated the 6^th January, 2009, published in the Gazette of  India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii),vide S.O. 49 (E), dated  the 6^th January, 2009, at page 2,–

(i) in Serial number 1,2,3 and 4 of column 2 of the Table, for “20/3” read “203”

(ii) in Serial number 1 and 2 of column 2 of the Table, for “1-4-2004” read “12.4.2006” and   

(iii) in Serial number 3 and 4 of column 2 of the Table, for “1-4-2004” read “18.4.2006”
