G.S.R.   (E).-  In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 134 of the Finance Act, 2003, the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.22/2008-Customs, dated the 1^st March, 2008, published in the Gazette of India Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R.121 (E), dated the 1^st March, 2008, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
