Notification No. 7 /2005-Customs (N.T.)

        In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai, to act as, -

(i) Commissioner of Customs (Imports), New Customs   House, Mumbai; and

(ii)  Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo  Complex, Mumbai,

for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notices pertaining to M/s Mazgaon Docks Limited, Dockyard Road, Mumbai and Others, issued, vide, F.No. SG/Misc-108/PK/99/SIIB(I)/S/10-31/DC/2003 SIIB(I), dated the 12^th December, 2003, and F.No. SG/Misc-108/PK/99/SIIB(I)/S/10-34/DC/2003 SIIB(I), dated the 30^th December, 2003, by the Deputy Commissioner of Customs , SIIB(Import), Mumbai.
