Notification No.44/2005-Customs

  In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely:-

1. No. 13/2005-Customs, dated the 1^st March, 2005, which was published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 111(E), dated the 1^st March, 2005;
    
2. No. 17/2005-Customs, dated the 1^st March, 2005, which was published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 115(E), dated the 1^st March, 2005; and
    
3. No. 20/2005-Customs, dated the 1^st March, 2005, which was published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 118(E), dated the 1^st March, 2005,

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
