Notification No. 69 /2002-Customs (N.T.)

            In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the following notification issued by the Central Government in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) regarding appointment of officers shall come into force with effect from 1^st November, 2002 namely:-

(1) Notification No. 18/2002-Cus. (N.T.) dated 7^th March, 2002 (G.S.R. 174 (E) dated 7^th March, 2002).
