ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No.15/2002 (NT) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-16/1/BSN/2008 dated 29.07.2010 issued by the Additional Director General, DRI Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad in case of M/s. BSN Medical Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai & others, to the Commissioner of Customs Port (Import), Chennai for adjudication.
