ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No.15/2002 (NT) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/INV-05/2008-09 dated 09.01.2009 issued by the Additional Director General, DRI Zonal Unit, Mumbai in case of M/s SNS Enterprises, Mumbai & others, to the Commissioner of Customs (Import), NCH, Mumbai for adjudication.
