In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No.15/2002 (NT) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No. 50D/19/2007-CI dated 22.06.2010, issued by the Additional Director, DRI Hqs, New Delhi to M/s. H.R. Products Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi & others, to the Commissioner of Customs Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi for adjudication.
