NOTIFICATION

Drawback-rates effective from 1.6.99-Notification No 31/99-Cus(NT) amended

            In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 3, read with rule 4 and rule 5 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1995, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No.31/99-Customs(NT) dated 20^th May,1999, namely:-

In the Table annexed to the said notification, for the entry in column 4 against Serial/Sub-Serial No. 57.01, the entry "10% (ten per cent only) of the f.o.b. value" shall be substituted with effect from 31^st December, 1999.
